Elmore's Firearms is happy to assist with your FFL transfer needs.  Please read the following policy carefully before buying a firearm for transfer through us:

FFL Transfer Policy

Transfer costs are as follows -

From another FFL to Elmore's:  $25

From an individual to Elmore's: $40 (Contrary to common belief, it is LEGAL for an individual to ship a firearm to an FFL for transfer.)  If you are arranging to purchase a firearm from an individual, to ship to Elmore's for transfer to you, please have the shipper(seller) enclose a copy of their driver's license, State ID card, or US Military ID.

Class 3 transfer from an FFL or individual: $50 (does not include the customer's $200 NFA tax)

Transfer's from Bud's Gun Shop or Cheaper Than Dirt (CTD):  $100.00

Note: DO NOT order a firearm or accessories from one of our distributors on our license.  Any such shipments we receive will be the property of Elmore's Firearms and we will NOT transfer the item to you. 

We do NOT provide copies of our FFL to the customer.  If you buy a gun online (for instance, from a dealer on Gunbroker), you'll need to provide us with:

• the dealer's contact information
• your (the purchaser) contact information
• a description or serial number of the gun you purchased

We will then contact the dealer and provide them with a copy of our FFL, and then the dealer will ship the gun to us.  We will notify you when it arrives, and you can come pick it up!
